Join MIGLOT as a Maison Manager

To support our growth, we are looking for a Maison Manager for each of our locations, someone who guides our visitors through their discovery of MIGLOT and embodies our values. In this role, you combine operational responsibilities with creating a personal and meaningful experience through care and genuine hospitality.

Your Role

As a Maison Manager, you are the warm and welcoming face of MIGLOT Parfums. You create an exceptional experience for every visitor and guide them with care and attention throughout their personal fragrance journey. You naturally share the MIGLOT story and help customers discover the fragrance that reflects their personality or desires.

You are also the connecting link between the customer, our perfumer and junior perfumer: you translate their wishes into fragrance concepts that are developed in our atelier. In this way, you contribute to creating unique, personalised fragrances.

A Versatile Role

Alongside customer experience, during quieter moments you will take on tasks that match your talents and interests, such as:

• Supporting external communications

• Contributing to and creating content

• Contributing to brand experience and storytelling

• Handling small organisational or operational tasks

You enjoy being versatile and actively contribute to building the brand from within the Maison.

Who You Are & How You Can Contribute

You have a warm and approachable way of working and feel connected to the story and values of MIGLOT. You communicate openly, connect easily with customers and take responsibility when needed.

You have a genuine hospitality mindset and are a natural experience guide: you sense what customers need and provide them with refined, personalised service.

As the Maison Manager, you demonstrate natural leadership and contribute to the smooth running of the Maison. You speak fluent Dutch and English; French and/or Spanish is a plus. You combine high-quality service with a strong commitment to creating a lasting and meaningful customer experience.

Practical

You will be based in Ghent, Antwerp or Ostend as your permanent location. When necessary, you may occasionally support another Maison.

You will work a 38-hour week, with Saturday work being part of the role (and Sunday work in the Bruges/Ostend region). Flexibility is essential to ensure that the Maison operates smoothly and that the customer experience remains at the highest level.
