For the inaugural edition of the MIGLOT Parfums Award, we collaborated with Stan Peeters, a graduating designer from the Antwerp Fashion Department of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp.
Through our partnership with the Antwerp Fashion Department, one promising student each year is given carte blanche to develop a fragrance with us that reflects their unique creative universe. Stan Peeters became the first recipient of the award.
During several sessions in our laboratory, Stan selected ingredients much like he selects fabrics—not based solely on reputation, but on texture, character, and emotion.
The result is an Extrait de Parfum that unfolds gradually and remains close to the skin.
A fragrance that does not shout.
But invites you to come closer.
The composition opens with distilled Japanese yuzu and gradually evolves into a warmer, skin-like signature built around iris, Sambac jasmine, aged Mysore sandalwood, and amber notes.
A refined skin scent that reveals itself slowly.
Just like Stan’s designs.
An Object to Keep
The packaging was also developed entirely in collaboration.
For the first time, we stepped away from our iconic minimalist MIGLOT flacon. The sculptural bottle, featuring a wooden cap, chrome details, and a subtle colour gradient, references Stan Peeters’ collection, The Body is a Pavilion, as well as the way the fragrance develops on the skin.
Only 1,000 bottles of this first edition will be produced.
Not because scarcity is the goal.
But because each fragrance becomes a time capsule of a specific creative moment.
